Painting for fun
Way back in the 70′s, I was a teenager with dreams of being an artist. Inspired by such luminaries as Bernie Fuchs, Brad Holland, and David Grove, I wanted to illustrate beautiful, funny, and powerful ideas.
I eventually became sidetracked into the field of graphic design, where I happily spent the next twenty-five years.
Several years ago, I re-discovered my passion for painting/illustration and have been working it into my graphic design projects whenever appropriate. Additionally, I spend a lot of time on personal works – still chasing my artistic dreams – and trying to get better.
Here are some samples of personal work in both traditional and digital formats.
